Cloud Nine Colon Detox

One of the best products I've come across for colon cleansing comes from a relatively small company, Cloud Nine Lifestyle. I say this not just because of the ingredients found in it, but because of the results it produced when I used it.

Like most colon cleansers, the main ingredient of Cloud Nine ColonDetox is psyllium husk; and a very high quality of this powerful fiber. Psyllium is a plant which is common throughout the Middle East and it is used in a variety of products, marshmallows being the most common. When the husk from the psyllium plant is taken by itself in high concentration, like in a colon cleanser, they are extremely effective in removing old waste. ColonDetox combines this with a few other types of fiber to produce a very thorough cleanser which flushes out an astonishing amount of, well, crap. The supplement also contains a laxative which helps greatly in this process.

I myself have used ColonDetox and found that it at least seemed to remove more than other colon cleansers, except of course for my first time cleansing. It also didn't leave me rushing to the bathroom every few minutes. There was one large "push" followed by a few smaller ones. It also didn't upset my stomach or give me cramps and pains as I've experienced a few times before. Relative to the amount of compacted waste I passed was the great feeling that followed it. The most profound change was the amount of positive energy I had; task that would either drain me or I didn't even have the energy to begin I was now doing with ease. While there wasn't any significant weight loss at first, the appearance of one was present because my stomach didn't have the small protrusion it previously did. This feeling also persisted longer than it did with previous supplements, drinks or powders, meaning that I probably won't have to cleanse again for a longer period of time. This is a good thing, I always feel good afterwards but the process of cleansing has never been a pleasant one for me.

I very highly recommend this product, but more importantly recommend cleansing by any method. Whether you prefer to do this at home as I do, or don't mind going for the rather invasive procedure of an enema it is very important to cleanse at least four times per year. As I've described in previous articles, there are bacteria in our colons, many of them harmful. As for the helpful ones that help keep us clean, they are no longer doing this as well as they used to. This is because of the dramatic changes in our diets and the amounts of toxins and various pollutants we are being exposed to on a daily basis; neither our bodies nor these bacteria can really keep up anymore and/or they don't know how to deal with a lot of these new toxins. They end up stored all over the body, in particularly the colon.
