HGH effects are wide ranging, and you'll understand why after the purpose of HGH in the body is explained to you. Short for human growth hormone, HGH prompts the body to produce body cells for the purposes of growth and repairing damaged areas of the body. HGH effects are most obvious during childhood, when the hormone is key for our development. Children who lack HGH during childhood tend not grow to their full potential, and in many cases are still short and frail as adults. In contrast, to have too much during childhood results in the condition commonly known as gigantism, which is among the most harmful HGH effects.
So where exactly do HGH effects fit into anti aging or body building, which are the two main reasons people search for it online. Well after we reach the age of twenty our levels of HGH begin to drop and by the time we have reached age thirty five they are a very small fraction of what they once were. At first you would think this is completely natural, and probably a good thing as well because we are no longer growing. For the first point you are right, it is completely natural. Every person and every animal ever tested shows severely decreased hormone levels. However this is not a good thing, despite the fact that the growth HGH effects are no longer needed because you are fully grown. You still require a good amount of HGH to repair the body and prompt new body cells to replace damaged body cells. When your skin is damaged or stressed it takes a certain amount of new body cells to properly repair this damage and return it to full health. The older we get the less skin cells are being produced, so wrinkles begin to form and the texture and tightness of skin decreases. This process is repeated throughout the entire body from muscles to internal organs and all body systems. It is in this way that HGH effects are felt and seen throughout the entire body.
Since HGH effects extend to all body cells, it is also a good thing to have in large amounts if you are interested in body building. HGH will prompt the creation of new muscle cells and help you bulk up much faster and fuller; but this HGH effect is discussed in full detail in another article on this site.
