HGH injections are much older than the supplements, though the original use of HGH injections had nothing to do with anti aging. Back in the 1950s, before we were able to synthesize growth hormone, it was extracted directly out of the bodies of donors and given as HGH injections to children who had growth deficiencies. By the mid 1970s the process of synthesizing HGH had been completed and new studies were being done on the effects of HGH injections on elderly men. The results were very surprising, even to the researchers. It showed a significant boost in lean muscle mass and a major decrease in body fat. This prompted a lot of new research to be done in this area and whole movement around not only HGH injections, but other potential HGH products.
The problem with HGH injections of the synthetic hormone is potential side effects. First of all, HGH injections will disrupt normal insulin production, making them especially dangerous for diabetics or even anyone with a family history of diabetes. HGH injections have also been shown to cause arthritis in early age or make existing cases of arthritis worse. More recently, an alternative to injections of artificial hormones has become available, HGH releasers. This has created a controversy as to which is the superior product, HGH releasers or the artificial HGH injections. I will concede that the effects of HGH injections are usually more powerful, while the artificial injections may appear more appealing on a superficial level, there are many negative aspects to consider. HGH injections deliver the hormone from an outside source, and prolonged use of HGH injections leads to an inability to produce HGH naturally. To not become dependent on receiving HGH injections from an outside source HGH releasers are the better option.
Another thing to consider is the price of HGH injections which can easily surpass thousands of dollars; and you will need to acquire a doctor’s permission to begin receiving HGH injections. Artificial HGH is a controlled substance, and to receive HGH injections from an online company or anywhere else that does not require a prescription is illegal in the United States. HGH releasers on the other hand are a mere fraction of the price and can be bought without a prescription because the ingredients are either all or mostly natural products.
HGH injections are expensive and potentially dangerous, despite the fact that the effects will be noticeable faster HGH injections are generally not recommended outside of their original medical application, which is for the treatment of children with growth deficiencies.
