A natural diet is rarely a fad solution to weight loss and can be much more than just eating cabbage and rice cakes. Most importantly when you begin a natural diet you should cut out trans-fats of all forms. Switch your margarine with butter; it will taste better anyways and fits into a natural diet much better, so long as you use it in small amounts. A natural diet doesn't mean you have to cut out all meats and cheeses, just try to limit your intake of them and use reduced fat cheese and other low fat dairy products.
Of course no natural diet for weight loss can be without at least some degree of exercise. If you are not use to exercising than it is important not to overdo it. A small amount of cardio exercise every day is all that is necessary to keep your metabolism up and burn off calories. Even a brisk walk can be enough. It is important to commit yourself to exercise every day though so that your metabolism does not slow down in response to the lowered amount of calories you are getting because of the natural diet.
To help you stick to your natural diet you may very well need a natural diet aid. These can come in the form of a stimulant like green tea or the powerful appetite suppressant hoodia.
