Reading Hoodia reviews can give you a good sense of what you are buying before you buy it. While the sites and the number of products reviewed varies there are two main types of Hoodia reviews; those which are Hoodia reviews based on the experiences of a large amount of people and a Hoodia review based on the experience of one consumer journalist.
Hoodia reviews done by a large group of people again fall into two types; a Hoodia review which was based on what people wrote in to the website, and one which was based on a study done on a control group. Simply relying on the personal experiences of those who write in to the review site is obviously a much easier way of doing a Hoodia review but not nearly as reliable. If it is a very popular site makers and retailers may write in themselves boasting about their own product. Conversely, these same people or others who are holding a grudge may write in and criticize another brand in order to taint Hoodia reviews against them. Even when the email is from a genuine Hoodia user, it is impossible from the Hoodia review websites perspective to say if they were using the supplements correctly; taking the right amount at the right times of day. A control group study oriented Hoodia review is much better for obtaining accurate results in a controlled environment. The people who do these types of Hoodia reviews can accurately measure the amount of each supplement given to the subjects, the time of day it was given, and they can filter out anyone with biases for or against a certain company as well as vary the ages, weights and genders of the participants accordingly. The down side to both of these types of group Hoodia reviews is that the results will be summarized and not give you a comprehensive report of exactly what each person experienced and how much weight they lost. If they did than the Hoodia review would go on for hundreds of pages and simply be too long for even the most dedicated consumer to read through.
The other type of Hoodia review is done by a trained and experienced consumer journalist. Their experiences will give you a much better idea of what you can expect from each product, how much weight they lost and a more personal summary of how they felt while using the product. The down side to these types of Hoodia reviews is the person doing it may be quite a bit different from yourself, despite the fact that the effects of Hoodia supplements don’t vary greatly from person to person this is still something to consider. If the review was done by a 290 lbs man and you are a 160 lbs woman there may be a difference in how it will affect you vs. how it affected them. This is something to take into account while reading Hoodia reviews. It is difficult to say which type of Hoodia review is better because both types have pros and cons, but no matter which you decide to base your decision on it is better to have read a Hoodia review than to have chosen the first website you stumbled upon.
