No such thing as easy weight loss, but it CAN be less difficult!

Easy weight loss is almost an oxymoron, because it is very rare that sticking to a diet and/or exercise plan is a walk in the park (unless your exercise plan involves walking in the park). Easy weight loss can however be achieved with a diet that suits your tastes, an exercise program which involves activities that you find enjoyable and are capable of, and an appetite suppressant to keep you from cheating on the diet.
You should first suit your diet to be specific to your tastes, a diet that demands you eat mostly carrots and celery will not work for you if you hate carrots and celery. This would be doomed to fail before it even began. So long as you are making a reduction in the amount of calories you are consuming and limiting you intake of fat, especially trans-fats, you are on the right track. While this doesn’t always spell easy weight loss, it will definitely make it easier than having your meals laid out for you by someone who does not understand your tastes. This is the first step to make your weight loss plan into achievable and easy weight loss.
The second way to turn your goals into easy weight loss is to choose exercise that you can enjoy and won’t strain you beyond a point which is tolerable. Remember, as long as you are burning more calories per day than you are consuming you will lose weight, I guarantee it 100%. If you find it better to exercise with other people, play basketball or a game of football. And if you are the type who prefers to exercise alone go for a jog or hit a punching bag. It is all about finding the right program for you that can be the difference between very difficult and easy weight loss.
The third part of your easy weight loss plan is to have a diet aid to ensure you do not overeat. This can either be taken every day or when you believe that you may feel the urge to cheat on your diet. There are powerful prescription drugs available that your doctor will give you if he believes that your weight is a significant enough danger to your health, but these carry with them side effects, risk of addiction and risk of overdose. This does not exactly spell easy weight loss. A much better alternative to these is the hoodia supplement, which offers strong appetite suppression without side effects or the need for a prescription. Having this on your side can easily turn suffering and struggling into a more easy weight loss process.
