So the Proextender has caught your eye has it? As far as penis extension devices go, you've made a good choice, but extenders in general are overpriced and not all that effective.
As you are probably aware, the Proextender works by the theory that if you stretch out flesh enough it will eventually expand. I'm sure that you've seen pictures of women in Africa who've extended their necks, so why shouldn't this work for the penis? The penis is more than just skin of course, but there is no reason that the tissues inside it should not be able to expand just as any other piece of flesh would. The Proextender also claims that it can straighten out penile curvatures, though we'll just stick to discussing the penis enlargement applications
The Proextender can be purchased for $430 US and comes in a box with 23 pieces that need to be assembled. This is not as easy as it sounds because the loop at the end can be difficult to secure. The manual recommends wearing it for twelve hours per day, every day, for months. Many people report pain after just one hour of wearing the Proextender, and to think of using it for twelve hours per day for months is less than appealing. Because of the strain the proextender puts on the penis, there is the possibility for injuries such as bruising and tearing. The manual warns against misuse, but even following the Proextender's directions perfectly can end with injury.
Unlike supplements designed to enlarge the penis, the proextender can be difficult to keep discrete. The majority of the twelve hours per day that is recommended can be done while sleeping, if you can sleep with the pain of having your penis stretched beyond the normal limit, but there will still be a part of the day when you will have to walk around with it on. This can be both awkward and painful at first, but eventually one does get used to movement while wearing the Proextender. Still, going to the bathroom is much more of a hassle, and sitting in a meeting or some other gathering for an extended period of time without adjusting yourself can be difficult. Occasionally, the device falls off; of course because of the way the universe seems to work it would most likely happen at a very inopportune moment.
Overall the Proextender is not recommended, though many people do report small gains after months of use. A supplement can also result in the same gains and with much less suffering involved.
