With a great list of ingredients in healthy doses and a good price BigPRX comes highly recommended.

Like other male enlargement pills, BigPRX works by increasing blood flow to the penis. The reason this is the foundation of male enhancement pills lies in the way the penis functions as an organ. The key to erections is proper blood flow; the penis is made up of a series of chambers called the corpus cavernosum which in Latin means cave like body. Inside the corpus cavernosum is a spongy material appropriately named the corpus spongiosum. The blood which rushes to the penis when aroused fills up these chambers and is absorbed into the corpus spongiosum to make it grow and harden. BigPRX greatly increases this blood flow so that the maximum amount of blood is absorbed, which leads to the biggest and hardest erections possible. After a period of time, the skin which is being stretched beyond normal size will begin to expand, and in this way BigPRX enlarges the penis with a two pronged attack. How does it work? Let's take a look at some of the ingredients.

L-arginine HCL is a protein found in few to no other male enlargement pills and is converted into nitric oxide. If you know anything about body building supplements than you are aware that nitric oxide is one of the most highly acclaimed substances for increasing work out potential. It has been clinically proven to greatly increase blood flow not just to the penis, but to all parts of the body which results in an energy boost. This energy boost improves stamina and sexual performance. Another great ingredient that most other enlargement and enhancement pills do not contain is tribulus terrestris. This is an extract which increases the production of testosterone. More testosterone can result in moderate gains to blood flow, but more importantly it will increase sex drive and energy.

Enough theory, does it work in practice? The answer is an undeniable yes! Users of BigPRX see BIG changes in penis size, sexual desire and stamina. After countless emails from users and a slew of positive reviews we have concluded that BigPRX is one of the best enlargement/enhancement pills out there.
Wed, 11 Feb 2009 13:58:29 -0700http://www.thinkherbals.com/penis-enlargement/reviews/extense.htmlExtense
This is a common misspelling of the brand name ExtenZe

See our in-depth review here

Related Reviews:

BigPRX by Clound Nine Lifestyle

Vimax

Maxoderm

Tue, 24 Feb 2009 10:50:52 -0700http://www.thinkherbals.com/penis-enlargement/reviews/extenze.htmlExtenze
Extenze (or ExtenZe as they like to spell it) is yet another male enlargement supplement trying to squeeze its way into the crowded market. To the credit of the makers of Extenze they've done a decent job, infomercials can be seen on late night TV and on YouTube, and they also have been quite effective in their online marketing. Unlike many male enlargement pills Extenze comes with a recommendation from a medical doctor. This differs of course from supplements like VigRx which claim to be doctor recommended, but on closer inspection reveal the only doctors approving the supplement are a psychologist and a "doctor of naturopathy", neither of which are in a position to testify as to its effects on the body.

Extenze, like almost all male enlargement supplements works on the basis of increasing blood flow. If you haven't read anything about this previously, I'll explain briefly. The penis is made up of different chambers, inside which is a sponge like tissue. When you are aroused, blood rushes into these chambers and is absorbed by the spongy tissue, which then expands and hardens. By maximizing blood flow, erection size and firmness is maximized. Over a period of time, with the penis expanding to a larger size than normal, the skin is stretched and it expands as well. Now that I've got that out of the way, we can continue talking about the actual product.

Their site is full of information which is somewhat misleading. For example, in the FAQ it states: "Take one tablet each day until you reach the size you desire. It's up to you how large you want your penis to become." Even through stretching your penis repeatedly by taking the supplement or through other, more drastic means there is a limit to how much you can gain. I'm sorry to shatter any dreams, but if you have a four inch penis now you are never going to attain a foot long erection even with surgery. On the website you can also read claims that the pill will give you more frequent erections, improve the quality of your orgasms, and make your erections last longer. I would like to investigate how exactly the supplement does this, but the ingredients are not listed on their website. This is the first time I've ever come across this, and I'm quite proactive in the penis enlargement world. Either they've created a vastly superior formula and want to protect it, or reading the ingredients would discourage people from buying it. In general, there is very little information on their product available. One thing about Extenze that I noticed is that it is not possible to order just one bottle from them. Instead, they lure you in with a free sample offer, though when you fill out their form you are placed on a renewable shipping program. This means you will automatically be billed for and shipped a month's supply of Extenze every month unless you call to cancel.

We live in a buyer beware world, this is doubly so when it comes to penis enlargement. There is very little information on Extenze, and what you can read on review sites and in blogs gives Extenze varying ratings. Proceed at your own risk.
Tue, 24 Feb 2009 10:50:52 -0700http://www.thinkherbals.com/penis-enlargement/reviews/pro-plus.htmlPro Plus
The standard marketing text for Pro Plus enlargement pills are highly suspect. On the Pro Plus official website they claim that their supplements can help a man gain up to an additional five inches of penis length. I'm sorry to destroy any dreams, but increasing the size of your penis so drastically simply isn't possible, there is a limit to how much you can gain based on your natural penis size.

Though Pro Plus pills work in the same way that other penis enlargement supplements do, by increasing blood flow to the penis, they are the only ones I have seen that openly claim that they can increase flaccid size by this process alone. When you get an erection blood rushes to the penis, and the enlargement of erections through this method is possible. However what Pro Plus is claiming is that the increase of blood flow will be so great that it will significantly increase the size of the penis. This isn't possible, because increasing blood flow to the point that the flaccid penis is larger would also mean that all parts of the body, such as the lips and ears, would become swollen as well.

Among other questionable Pro Plus claims are that it is doctor approved and while their site does provide a name, Dr. Joel Richard, he claims to be a sex therapist and not a medical doctor who could possibly testify to the effectiveness of these pills on the human body. It is not even clear if he has even received a PhD. One site selling Pro Plus also claims that the site of your enlarged penis will immediately arouse your partner, how they could possibly know that I have no idea. Like a lot of the pills, they claim that Pro Plus can cure premature ejaculation, except how it can do this is not clear. In fact, there is no complete ingredients list anywhere on the official website. They also say that Pro Plus pills are completely safe for everybody and have no side effects, though any supplement which increases blood flow should be avoided by people with a history of heart attack, heart disease, stroke and/or hypertension.

By throwing in a lot of unsubstantiated claims Pro Plus is sold at a much higher price than most penis enlargement supplements, though the ingredients are most likely identical to other supplements such as VigRX and BigPRX. It is advised that you avoid Pro Plus.
Wed, 11 Feb 2009 13:58:29 -0700http://www.thinkherbals.com/penis-enlargement/reviews/maxoderm.htmlMaxoderm
Maxoderm is one in a line of newer products, male enhancement creams. While not completely close minded to the idea a cream could somehow result in penis enlargement or sexual enhancement I am quite skeptical.

Their site is very nicely laid out, though full of misinformation. They begin by claiming that Maxoderm is much more effective than any pill could because it is applied directly to the desired area. Erections and the concept of holistic penis enlargement are both dependent upon blood flow, and unfortunately you cannot increase blood flow to one specific area of the body; you can only increase the function of the greater cardiovascular system. What's more, it would be more difficult for a substance to enter the blood stream by being applied to the skin than if it were simply swallowed.

The makers of Maxoderm include the ingredient L-arginine, which is turned into nitric oxide and this does greatly improve blood flow. They also claim that the body cannot produce L-arginine on its own, which is not entirely true. Regardless of that, the makers of Maxoderm have taken a different slant on stimulating additional blood flow to the penis as well adding to the formula an ingredient called vasotram auctum, which is supposed to help the blood vessels dilate. This basically means that veins become wider. Unless you have very high cholesterol or are suffering from a syndrome which causes small blood vessels this should not be a factor in blood flow to the penis or anywhere else in the body. In theory, if this ingredient does what Maxoderm claims it may be useful in preventing stroke if taken orally.

A cream, though not necessarily Maxoderm, could potentially increase sensitivity which would make sex more enjoyable or it could contain a numbing agent which could prolong erections and prevent premature ejaculation. Maxoderm claims to do both of these, though these two theories are completely at odds. They also claim that the cream can enhance sexual performance, but with such a small boost to blood flow it is unlikely there would be much of a difference. Not surprisingly, the Maxoderm website gives very little information on exactly how it can do any of these.

The ingredients of Maxoderm are quite different than most male enhancement formulas I've seen, but then again I am used to seeing the formulas of pills and supplements. There were only two that I recognized; saw palmetto extract is used in the treatment of the urinary and reproductive systems. Zinc I also recognized because magnesium, zinc and copper are commonly added to many different herbal supplements, though it has no applications as far as male enhancement.

So the main question is, "does Maxoderm work?" Based on the ingredients and the information of the site most likely there would be some positive effects, but they would be very mild. In my opinion there is very little to gain by using Maxoderm. Instead a supplement like VigRX or BigPRX would offer far more in both enlargement and sexual enhancement.
Wed, 11 Feb 2009 13:58:29 -0700http://www.thinkherbals.com/penis-enlargement/reviews/vimax.htmlVimax

Vimax is one of the lesser known among male enhancement and penis enlargement supplements. Vimax has carved out a decent niche in the market and there are pros and cons to their product and their company.

The positive aspects of Vimax are not negligible. They offer good customer support, and have a 1-800 line and can answer questions online with their live chat feature. While this is not unheard of (BigPRX also has a similar live chat feature), it is rare. While their money back guarantee only extends to 60 days rather than 90, it is encouraging to see that they do stand by their product. The supplements are decently priced and it is also offered as a patch, though this is most likely not as effective as supplement. They do specifically say that their product is for penis enlargement, unlike many other companies which are purposely vague about the effects of their supplement to protect themselves from any liabilities. A large order will also gain you membership to a couple adult websites, which some see as a big plus. Like all products of this nature it is of course shipped discretely, though this is hardly unique to Vimax.

And now for the downsides of Vimax. Vimax does not give detailed information on the quantities of the ingredients and does not even give you a measurement of serving size. A look at their ingredients shows that L-arginine HCL is absent. This is an amino acid which is broken down in the body to form nitric oxide, which has been clinically proven to greatly increase blood flow. This is the theory by which penis enlargement pills work, by increasing blood flow to the penis erections can be larger and firmer than before. By stretching the tissues in the penis beyond normal size they eventually expand. Ginko Biloba is the only common ingredient in their supplement, the others it is difficult to say whether or not they would result in increased blood flow or sex drive.

Vimax claims to be manufactured in FDA-approved facilities. Herbal supplements do not fall under the jurisdiction of the FDA however. The only way that this statement could be accurate is if they are using the "facility" to produce another product which does require the attention of the FDA. Regardless, the claim has absolutely no impact on the Vimax product. In the same section they claim numerous times to be the best, all of which can be found on the page entitles "Why we are the best". A more appropriate question would be, "how are they the best?" In formula the supplement is lacking, in sales they are far behind giants such as Enzyte and VigRX, but it sure looks good to put "the best" on your website.

There are most likely positive sexual benefits to taking Vimax and it is the only pill I have seen with a sativa extract, which may prove to be a good thing or not. The supplements are pretty decently priced as well. I could not give Vimax a full endorsement though.

Wed, 11 Feb 2009 13:58:29 -0700
